For a long time I thought that was just Willie being spacey, or the writers throwing in a Lord of the Rings reference, but as I was adding the subtitles in, I decided he was probably talking about his own life up to that point, which could easily be divided into three distinct portions. Third age? The Neverhood was only just created when this happened. It seems to record everything of note, so why not this? I have a couple of fanony theories about this, but there's no explanation in game. It also has a protagonist and an antagonist!Д«ecause for some reason the Hall of Records stopped recording things just before the Neverhood was created. The locations of these are also burned into my brain. This happens whenever there's a transition from disk to disk, unless you have all twenty.

He fell down from whatever it is he was hanging from. Hi, Willie! :D Willie has a very scratchy voice. I'm doing these from memory because almost all of the dialogue from this game is permanently burned into my brain, so any mistakes are mishearings on my part. I probably shouldn't have chosen a black background to put the subtitles on, but I'd forgotten that my journal also has a black background. The game is not subtitled, so I edited the screenshots to include what the characters were saying.

You need all twenty to obtain the full backstory. Those are the disks Klaymen put in along the bottom. When you click on it, Klaymen will put all the disks he has into that machine. Hoborg's a pretty important character.Дo sliding puzzle, open door. According to Willie, it's in the shape of an H for Hoborg. It looks like a third, but it doesn't really matter where the middle two go once you've got both the left and the right. So I just stuck the grey ones on the right in any order, then concentrated on getting the blue ones in the right place.ДЄnd after some random clicking and a tiny bit of thought, half the puzzle was done. The pieces that need to go on the right are grey, and the pieces that need to go on the left are blue. Stupid sliding puzzle.Д«ut eventually, I developed a strategy. And I could've easily got back to where I was once I found out that I didn't need to restart, except I was stuck on this puzzle. When I first played this game, I got to a certain part a little further than this, and restarted for reasons I'll explain when I get there. I always thought the singer was saying 'Everybody whirl', but the title of the song indicates not. The background music is called Everybody Way Oh, and it's very laid back. That door won't open until I do that puzzle next to it. Unless you have the fastforward cheat on. Home of what is possibly the only puzzle in the game that is still difficult with a guide, as well as the most tedious portion of the game. Transitions that make it look like that door's going to eat me. The button didn't change anything obvious. I think? It's been a while since I've pressed one of these buttons twice since I hate the noise they make so much. If you press it again, which I didn't, it makes a grating noise which hurts my ears. The green button makes a warm sort of noise when pressed. But if you click too far ahead here, he'll go backwards, so you have a click a whole bunch of times to get to the centre. You control Klaymen here, like everywhere, by clicking where you want to go. I really hated this spiral until recently. Klaymen won't go any further even if you tell him to. This is probably the best view of the edge of the world that you get. That's all I really have to say about it. The music here wasn't included on the soundtrack. It's a random buggy! Attached to a random track in the wall! So, was the Weasel just floating in space or something? I think I thought that red thing in the corner was another Weasel when I saw it for the first time. I'm not finished with the desert area yet. You can't get back to this room after you leave it, so I included it and its glorious non corruption here. So I went through the rest of the game in one sitting.ДЄnd this was the picture I took to see if Fraps was working.

I would've taken a picture of the load game screen, but it won't load my save games because I'm using Windows XP or something. You can get to it by pressing escape at any time.
